Registrar
Office of the registrar
The Freed-Hardeman University Registrar’s Office is located on the first floor of the Gardner Center. Our office is responsible for storing, evaluating, and protecting the integrity of all student records, issuing official student transcripts, determining athletic eligibility, and the conferring of degrees. It is our mission to serve the University, her students and community with excellence.
Freshman Advising
The assigned personnel in Academic Success and Records coordinate advising of incoming students.
A freshman adviser helps the student through the course selection process, monitors grades and class attendance, and encourages academic progress. Assigned advisors are a resource for questions concerning time management, testing, tutoring, and general academic policies.
Once a major is declared a student is assigned an advisor within the discipline of choice.
