Office of Student Accessibility
student Accessibility
The Office of Student Accessibility is a resource for students with disabilities and university faculty and staff.
The Office of Student Accessibility is committed to creating an accessible learning environment. This is done through the reasonable accommodation process. Reasonable accommodations can include: alternative testing spaces, extended time on tests, note-taking, and other academic accommodations as necessary. The office also works outside the classroom to provide access. Accommodations are provided on a case by case basis.
If you have a disability, or if you are a parent whose child has a disability, we would love to talk with you to see if there is anything we can do. As the documentation process can take time to gather and review, it is in your best interest to provide this documentation as soon as possible so that we can make all necessary accommodations.
